Job Title: Electronic RF Technician
Job Description:
This person would be responsible for building, tuning, tweaking, testing and
troubleshooting oven controlled crystal oscillators (OCXO). Starting from
first article samples through pre-production in small batches, then transferring
to production for larger quantities.
This person would also organize test set ups, build fixtures and work with design engineers and production personnel.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in tuning, testing, troubleshooting, assembling
RF components and crystal oscillators. Working hands on knowledge of test
equipment, oscilloscopes, spectrum and network analyzers, multimeters, counters,
environmental chambers and phase noise test equipment. Fundamental knowledge
of solder, adhesives and encapsulates. Good hand-eye coordination with experience
using hand tools manipulating delicate components under a microscope. Good hand
soldering skills including soldering micro-miniature SMD components.
Candidate should have knowledge in reading schematics, hybrid and PCB assembly drawings. Basic computer skills, including Autocad, Microsoft Office and knowledge of search engines is required.
